[ASMR] Public Librarian Roleplay | Soft Spoken
Welcome to the library!! I got my first library card when I was a little kid and always loved the quiet experience of picking books to take home and read. I think books themselves are just super ASMR friendly. I actually was a huge reader as a kid, and although that’s since transitioned to a lot of internet content consumption instead…. there are still a few books that I’ve read recently that were just too awesome not to share. (I used to hide books under my shirt and go to the bathroom in school to read… lol)
So!
This video has a few books that I’ve been loving recently, including Bubz’ amazing guide to happiness đ She recently posted about how a certain YouTuber really helped her out and inspired her — and I wanted to continue the chain because Bubz is that person for me!

Her Book:
I’ve been watching her channels since I was in 7th grade! I never have had a big sister — but Bubz was that amazing, silly, positive, realistic role model for me, and that’s something I’ve always found so cool about the internet. Someone living across the world can have a real impact on you without even knowing it! Just by sharing her life, her talents, and thoughts with her channel, some awkward teen around the world (cough…me) learned a lot about self-confidence and being yourself. So this is just sort of a mini aside that now I’m rambling on… but I think she’s amazing and she wrote a fantastic book, and I just wanted to vocalize that! I also still watch every single one of her vlogs đ
Some other incredible titles include Jenna Fischer’s book:
Rainn Wilson’s:
and one book of many from Dr. Ian Dunbar AKA the smartest dog trainer ever:
(I’m not getting any revenue or anything from these, I just really love them and hope some of you will too! All of them you can find in any major bookstore!)

I find that I get a lot of comments and messages about using ASMR for anxiety, depression, and more. I can totally relate with that, and ASMR is an awesome outlet for those things. However, if youâre interested, above is a link to a website with real, professional & licensed counselors. You can type to them, or call them! Itâs actually a really cool service and I use it personally. It costs as low as $35 a week, and you donât have to leave your house to use it. đ

I also donate regularly to The Brain and Behavior Research Foundation. I highly recommend it! They give grants to scientists who do studies to better understand and treat mental illnesses.
