Gordhan vs Mkhwebane, EFF’s sixth anniversary: Dr. Mbuyiseni Ndlozi
Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan has won his appeal against Public Protector Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s remedial actions against him. The North Gauteng High Court suspended Mkhwebane’s orders to the President and other authorities pending a judicial review of her office’s SARS report.
The Economic Freedom Fighters were part of the court’s judgment and were included in a costs order by Judge Sulet Potterill. To discuss the North Gauteng High Court ruling and other matters we are joined in studio by EFF National Spokesperson, Dr. Mbuyiseni Ndlozi.
