Body of Sadia Sukhraj arrives in Chatsworth
9-year-old Sadia Sukhraj who was shot and killed in a hijacking in Durban yesterday will be laid to rest in the next hour. Her death sparked protests in Chatsworth, after which some 20 people were arrested. Police in KwaZulu-Natal are denying accusations officials used excessive force in dealing with the protesters. Police fired rubber bullets and arrested about 20 protesters yesterday afternoon. The protest was sparked by the killing of 9-year-old Sadia Sukhraj during a hijacking outside a school in Shallcross.
